Day 01: Arrive Delhi (-/-/D)
You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your leisure to explore Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi (B/-/D)
Today you will tour through Delhi, including a rickshaw ride through the bustling streets.
Day 03: Delhi – Amritsar (B/-/D)
This morning you will take a packed breakfast on the early train to Amritsar. After you arrive in the early afternoon you will be transferred to the hotel to check in, enjoying an afternoon at leisure.
Day 04: Amritsar (B/-/D)
Visit the shimmering Golden Temple and surrounding sights. In the afternoon you will witness an unforgettable Change of Guard Ceremony.
Day 05: Amritsar – Dharamshala (B/-/D)
Travel 200kms to Dharamshala, passing through many small local villages on your way. Colonial inﬂuence is evident in the city that is often called Little Lhasa.
Day 06: Dharamshala (B/-/D)
Enjoy the spectacular views of the hills, colourful bazaar, and colonial lifestyle as you visit the Dalai Lama Temple and other attractions.
Day 07: Dharamshala – Pragpur (B/-/D)
This morning you will continue on your journey, travelling to Pragpur. This Heritage Village is located in the Kangra Valley, the birthplace of India’s oldest ruling lineage.
Day 08: Pragpur (B/-/D)
Today you will wander through the cobbled lanes, mud houses, and slanting slate rooﬂines of the village, admiring Mughal style gardens, terraces, and water reservoirs.
Day 09: Pragpur – Manali (B/-/D)
Continue on your tour, travelling to Manali. This beautiful township is known for its cool climate and snow-capped mountains. It is a haven for nature lovers.
Day 10: Manali (B/-/D)
Visit the sacred temples and bazaars of Manali. In the afternoon you will visit another nearby village to see beautiful photographs and paintings of the Himalayas.
Day 11: Manali – Shimla (B/-/D)
After breakfast you will continue to Shimla, the summer capital of the Raj. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas, it is home to panoramic sights of the valleys and peaks of the Himalayan Range.
Day 12: Shimla (B/-/D)
Enjoy the day exploring beautiful Shimla. Climb to the highest peak and visit the Jakhu Hill Temple, before returning to wander through the local market.
Day 13: Shimla – Solan – Kalka – Delhi (B/-/D)
Take the toy train to Solan, and transfer to Kalka to board the train to Delhi. On arrival in Delhi you will be assisted to your hotel for check in.
Day 14: Depart Delhi (B/-/-)
After one last breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for your onward ﬂight.
